Hosted by The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, the Future Faculty Program is a unique, on-campus experience that introduces students to the exciting world of university business schools. Participants will explore various business disciplines, learn about research in each area, and gain valuable insight into the academic career path, from applying to graduate school to succeeding as a student, faculty member, and scholar. Students will learn how they can position themselves to attend graduate school tuition-free and gain research opportunities (with paid compensation for eligible students).Â

Eligibility Statement: Please describe how your background meets one or more of the criteria required for the program. (Limit: 250 words)
Candidates should meet one or more of the following criteria:
Have backgrounds, experiences, or perspectives that are not well represented in U.S. business schools.
Have demonstrated sustained commitment to reducing social, educational or economic disparities in the academic, professional, or civic realm through their work experience, volunteer engagement, or leadership of student or community organizations.
Have experienced financial hardship as a result of family economic circumstances.
